Group Director of Teaching, Learning and Assessment – The Bedford College Group

Formed in 2017 following the merger of Bedford College and Tresham College, The Bedford College Group is now the largest provider of education in the South East Midlands, with over 18,000 students passing through our doors each year. Today, the Group is made up of a family of colleges across Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire, including Bedford College, Central Bedfordshire College, and Tresham College, among others. This is an exciting time for the Group as we embark on a bold new chapter to strengthen our impact across the region and improve the opportunities of those in our communities.

We are looking for an outstanding individual to complement our senior leadership team. Someone with an ambitious vision and dedication to the relentless pursuit of innovative pedagogy, educational excellence and the improvement of student outcomes. The role requires an experienced senior leader with a proven and consistent track record of outstanding teaching and exceptional leadership, together with a history of driving and achieving significant, sustainable and lasting improvements in the quality of education throughout their professional journey.
