  • 10.00am – 2.00pm, Mondays to Fridays 
  • Salary: £24,404 – £25,183 per annum (Dependent on qualifications and experience) 
  • Actual Salary: £11,197.85 – £11,555.29 per annum  

Are you passionate about creating a fun, engaging, and safe environment for students? We are looking for a dedicated Playleader to join our team, supporting students’ personal and social development through structured play and supervision. In this role, you will plan and lead a variety of playground games, encouraging teamwork and positive interactions while managing behaviour in line with school policies. You will also be responsible for supervising students during breaks and lunchtimes, ensuring their safety in both the dining hall and outdoor areas, while working closely with teaching and support staff to enhance the overall school experience. 

As a Playleader, you will have the opportunity to devise and run exciting lunchtime sports leagues, including football, basketball, and netball, helping to promote active and inclusive participation. Your role will also involve maintaining play equipment, organising engaging activities, and providing valuable feedback to staff regarding playground incidents or student concerns. If you have a passion for working with children, strong organisational skills, and the ability to inspire and enthuse students, we would love to hear from you!
