You will design and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons tailored to meet the needs of our diverse learners. Your lessons will go beyond the curriculum to inspire critical thinking, creativity, and a genuine appreciation for the English language. By fostering positive relationships with students, you will create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every learner feels valued and motivated to succeed.

Your key responsibilities will include planning and preparing comprehensive schemes of work, lesson plans, and innovative teaching materials to support our learners’ progression. You will also play an integral part in the department’s success by reviewing and enhancing the curriculum to ensure it remains relevant, challenging, and accessible. You’ll have excellent communication skills, allowing you to connect effectively with our students, parents, and colleagues. Your outstanding organisational skills will enable you to plan well-structured lessons, track student progress, and assess their development accurately. You will use a proactive approach to ensure that each student receives the support they need to succeed, tailoring your methods to suit a variety of learning styles and needs.

As part of our friendly team, you’ll also collaborate closely with colleagues to contribute to the growth of the department, sharing ideas to enhance the curriculum and teaching approaches.
