Are you detail-oriented and passionate about quality assurance and data management? DN Colleges Group is offering an exciting opportunity for current employees to apply for the role of Quality & Data Officer. This role is essential in supporting the Quality team and ensuring the effective management of the College’s information and quality records.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Heads of Quality with administrative functions related to records management and quality assurance.

Maintain central logs for tracking and managing EQA reports, TLA summaries, queries, and potential issues.

Complete audits, facilitate surveys, and monitor results with curriculum leaders/directors.

Manage the content of the apprenticeship e-Portfolio system to maintain accurate records and data.

Analyse and prepare reports for Heads in preparation for meetings.

Support the planning and delivery of training through the LETs team.

Attend relevant quality meetings, act as a minute taker, and manage meeting logistics.

Support the collection of data in relation to Data Protection/DSAR requests across the college.

Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organisation within the quality team.

Essential Criteria

Level 2 qualification in Business Administration or Customer Service or equivalent experience.

Previous experience in quality assurance/admin in education.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Effective organisation, prioritising, and administrative skills.

Good communication skills and ability to analyse data.

Desirable Criteria

Qualification in level 3 and above in administration and IT.

GCSE in maths and English.

Knowledge of internal and external quality assurance.
