Administration Assistant – Temporary

Job Details
- Salary: £23,177 pro rata
- Location: Wakefield College
- Contract: Approximately 8 weeks from August to September.
- Hours: 37 hours per week

We are looking for motivated individuals to help out on a temporary basis, during our busy enrolment period, carrying out administrative tasks in relation to student enrolment and admissions.
You will:
- Provide administrative support to the wider enrolment and admissions teams.
- Accurately input data in relation to College admissions and enrolment processes
- Respond effectively and efficiently to customer contact via phone, email, and face to face to both prospective students and parents
We will require:
- GCSEs in English and Maths A*-C / 9-4 or equivalent
- Proof of Right to Work – See attached document
- 3 forms of ID to complete a DBS check
- 2 References
