- Salary: £11,280 to £11,966 per annum
The Opportunity
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join our effective team of Reception and Admin professionals. This is an excellent opportunity to develop existing skills or gain new skills within our Campus Support team.
As an apprentice you will learn various administrative skills whilst working in a busy office environment.
There are many aspects to the role, including reception, administration, customer service and problem solving.
The Team
We have a great team, working in Campus Support. We’re seeking an enthusiastic, high performing individual who’ll add another dimension and perspective.
The Role
The role will encompass working with the Reception and Admin Services team across the Group. This includes;
- Providing clerical and administrative support to Curriculum areas and the Student Experience team
- Accepting payments in relation to invoices issued, enrolments, sales, trips and visits
- Respond effectively and efficiently to customer contact which could include external partners, employers, staff, managers, students, and their parents
- Be responsible for the day-to-day administration of applications and admission of part-time programmes and for the initial inputting of individual student enrolment data during peak enrolment times
- Responding to telephone / email queries effectively to internal and external customers and escalating where appropriate.
As a Campus Support Administrator Apprentice, you should:
- Hold GCSE grade A* C / 9 – 4 in English and Maths or equivalent, as a minimum
- Have excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate high levels of accuracy
- Show a commitment to providing a quality service
